Frequently Asked Questions

We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance for weddings and large events.  For smaller gatherings, 2-3 weeks is usually sufficient. 

Our service includes the mobile ice cream and gelato cart, professional staff, all  serving supplies, your choice of flavors, and complete setup and cleanup. 

We primarily serve the greater Seattle area and surrounding cities. If your event is outside our standard service area, we're often able to travel farther for an additional fee. Contact us with your event location, and we'll be happy to confirm availability and provide a custom quote. 

We offer packages for events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to large celebrations. Let us know your guest count, and we'll recommend the best option. 

 Yes. We can provide dairy-free, vegan, and other dietary-friendly options upon request.
